826 Boston is pleased to announce that three of our youth writers have been named finalists of the GLOW Ignite Change Essay Contest - congratulations to
Jasmine Taylor, Franchesca Viaud, and Natesho Ali, who will each receive at minimum a $500 scholarship!
GLOW - Girls’ Leadership (GL) and Organized Women (OW) - led a writing workshop at 826 Boston in December for young women ages 12-19. Teen writers responded to the question: what would you change about the role of women in your community, city or school? The winner will be announced this April.
