Since she can remember, Bella has loved working with students. Throughout college, she tutored at her school’s writing center and worked as a teaching assistant. After interning with 826 Boston in 2020, Bella knew she wanted to pursue a career as an educator. She worked as a special education teacher in Lynn Public Schools with the most incredible students. In 2023, Bella earned her master’s degree in education at Boston University and returned to 826 Boston to manage the Writers’ Room at the Jeremiah E. Burke High School. Bella is passionate about disability advocacy and social-emotional learning, and looks forward to incorporating these pedagogies into her work!
