An original opera exploring gentrification and its impact on climate.

Written by the Youth Literary Advisory Board at 826 Boston. Produced and staged by White Snake Projects.

In To The People Like Us, teen activist Constanza, aided by her vacillating friend Malakai, organizes her neighborhood against the Sirleaf Corporation, who intends to build a new development by razing their apartments and bodega. Sparks fly when Constanza makes a discovery about Indigo that changes all of their relationships with each other.
