Kevin Whalen is a retired Managing Director of Morgan Stanley in Boston. He and his wife Ellen have three daughters, two of whom have volunteered at 826 Boston and 826 NYC. He joined the 826 Boston board in 2009 with a desire to support literacy education, which he believes is a cornerstone of a thriving society. Kevin was 826 Boston board chair for seven years, and is a former member of the Board of Visitors of New England Baptist Hospital.
