Suki Cintron, MEd, is a mission-driven executive and equity-centered people and culture leader with more than 20 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership. As the Chief People Officer at Brooke Charter Schools, she leads Recruitment & Retention, Human Resources, Organizational strategy, Talent development, and initiatives that strengthen culture, leadership, and equity across the network. Suki is known for building inclusive, high-performing teams and aligning people strategy to mission and impact. She also serves as Assistant Vice Chair of the Ancestral Bridges Board, supporting education rooted in the histories and experiences of Black and Indigenous communities.
