826 Boston is growing by leaps and bounds. In August, we had the pleasure of welcoming six new staff members and seven service members. We are thrilled to welcome the added talent and capacity to our team and hope you get a chance to meet these new arrivals soon.
In our development office, we added Communications and Branding Manager Joelle Riffle and Development and Events Manager Ally Ruiz, along with 826 Boston’s first HR and Operations Manager Chris Logue. The out-of-school time program team welcomed Program Assistant Andrew Chi Keong Yim. The Writers’ Room team welcomed two new Writers’ Room coordinators: Heather Nelson and former intern and service member Richie Wheelock.
We also greeted seven new service members, who will serve across the organization for one year through the AmeriCorps VISTA program and the Massachusetts Service Alliance’s Commonwealth Corps program. You can read everyone’s bios here.
