826 Boston’s 2017-2018 Commonwealth Corps Members were the hardest-serving crew in Boston.
We could not have accomplished this incredible year of programming without our dedicated corps of full-time service members who supported our in-school Writers’ Rooms, out-of-school-time programming at our Egleston Square writing center, and the behind-the-scenes world of volunteer recruitment and fundraising.
This week we send off our three Commonwealth Corps service members—Sarah Cummings, Emma Sunog, and Christina Amen—who finished up their year of service at 826 Boston. We wish them bright and exciting futures as they pursue their careers in the education, writing, and publishing fields.
