Indigenous Peoples’ Heritage Month Reading List

November 12, 2020

November is Indigenous Peoples’ Heritage Month! We’re sharing a reading list of books written by and about Indigenous people, curated by our Writers’ Room Team at the John D. O’Bryant School of Mathematics and Science. Stories from the Indigenous community have long been sidelined and silenced by American society. This month we are reminded to keep the stories and voices of Indigenous people front and center—not just until December, but always. From prose to nonfiction to graphic novels, this list gives you a lot to choose from, so take a look and get reading!
