The Whispering Walls in Shadows Deep
The whispering walls in shadows deep,
Where moonlight fails,
An old house stands, its structure frail.
The whispering walls hold secrets untold,
Of ghosts within, forever cold.
Each creaking floor, a mournful sigh,
As unseen spirits wander by.
A chilling breeze, a spectral touch,
Reminds the living, life’s not much.
The portraits stare with eyes of dread,
Their painted smiles, now long since dead.
A rocking chair in empty room,
Moves by itself, sealed to its doom.
Footsteps echo, soft and slow,
A phantom’s dance, a haunting show.
The mirrors reflect what once has been,
A nightmare world, a twisted scene.
Beware the house, if you dare roam,
For in its grasp, you’re never home.
The whispering walls will seal your fate,
In this haunted place, it’s far too late.
